I used Boondoggle‘s Baby Elephant case for the Antwerp Zoo to highlight the difference between crossmedia and transmedia and make a plea for stuff worth sharing (once again).
My main conclusions:
- The internet is a conversation network
- Customers out-conversate media and brands time after time
- Media and brands should create stuff that is conversation-worthy: stuff worth sharing
- Start from a story worth sharing
- Make it shareable
