Today is the first event of YoungDHL in The Netherlands, a new network of young DHL employees.
I was invited to do a short presentation on social media, customer service and personal branding. Had a blast on stage with DHL’s Jan Engels, who is a huge India fan and a Twitter newbie. Most striking however was his strong belief in how social media helps to give DHL a more ‘human’ face by disclosing both formal and informal elements of the DHL company and company culture.
